Previously, I reported from the United Nations’ headquarters for Sankei Shimbun, a Japanese daily newspaper. Before that, I opened a magazine’s online branch in Shenzhen, China, where I edited a local newspaper and learned conversational Mandarin. I hold a B.A. in English with a minor in political philosophy from Florida State University.
